      Aapke in negative thoughts ka pattern aapke Dil aur dimaag me chhaya hua hai isko todna padega life ko khul Kar jiyo Bina kisi darr Bina kisi Shaq ke
      Me anxiety se teen saal tak garast raha poore school me topper tha Meri barabrii karne waala aas pass ke school me bhi nahi tha schools ke exams me mere 98% marks the sabhi teacher kehte the ye baccha hamre school ka naam rosan karega
      But phir ek incident ne Meri poori life hi badal Kar rakh di me chinta karne laga is had Tak chinta ki ,ke mere dimaag me keval aur keval chinta rehti thi me apne boards ke exams me bethe hua bhi un sabhi baato ke baare me sochta tha ,dimaag poori tarah se tension chinta me rehta tha man udaas rehta koi thodi si baat keh deta to wo baat mujhe irritate karti rehti halaki me jaanta tha ki ye baat kuch bhi nahi hai lekin me apne aapko control nahi Kar pata that phir mere results aaye class 10 & 12 th ke me unme keval ek average bacche jitna score Kar paaya aur Jo kabhi mujhse tuition lete the we mujhse aage nikal Gaye is tarah is anxiety disorder ne mujhe ek topper se low level student bana Diya ,but phir mene apne aapse promise kiya ki aaj ke baad me apne dimaag me anxiety aane nahi doonga apne aap ko 21 days Tak highly positive rakha aur aaj me khush hu theek hu so baby ji aap bhi aaj se hi apne aap se waada Karoki me ye anxiety ko apne aap ko apni life ko barbaad nahi karne doongi apne aapko 21 days highly positive rakho phir dekhna ye sab aapke dimmag se apne aap erase ho jaayega halaki ye aasaan nahi hai lekin practice se jaroor hoga mene kiya aap bhi Kar sakte ho.warna bahut pachtaaoge jaise me pachtaaya

    Covid19 is the reason why so many people having anxiety.... And I'm one of them, suffering from the bullshit for the last 3 months and in the past one month it got worst.... But surprisingly when I meditate I feel like before but after some time again I'm having the feeling of someone crushing my heart....

    Sir, I have Social Anxiety disorder. Whenever I go out of my house I feel how people are Watching me. In Bus Stand, Market, Work I feel how people will judge me. I feel Extremely Depressed.
