It's amazing that Konami had some of the choreography videos ready (although that might had been Avex) but they rather went with the CG dancers for the game release (I guess it was for ROM size reasons as well as providing better consistent guidance for players learning in ParaPara mode).
Most notable is Deja Vu. Its choreography starts at 1:30:52
There was an attachment for the machines that had a separate video cart that played these videos along with the models (if 2nd Mix). Up to 1st Mix Plus videos were also available on the PS2 version
