      Hello JN, thanks for watching, well I agree to an extent, but I've seen lots of tire wholesalers that start off using other warehouses inventory. So i wouldn't try it thinking you need a multi million dollar infrastructure. But it will be alot of work, so i would think twice before going in.

    Great Video! I sent you an email for a follow up. I am getting into the mobile tire business. I have been in the roadside service since 1998 but this tire thing is very new but I see the need. I like the idea of dropshipping as well. One thing I am surprised you didn't mention is accounting or software like Quick books. I tried to use their inventory system. I can tell that is a waste of time. Do you have a delivery date on your software? I guess I will look at that Tire Guru you mention. but I need something to keep up used tires as well as new tires. Keep up the videos. Thanks

      Hey man I hope I'm not too late! What's the update on your business with tires? My family owns a local tire shop in my city so I know about used, new, and the pros and cons with them; especially if you're going to be a mobile tire station. We have a physical shop, so reading; "mobile tire business", my mentality shifts to "how would I approach mobile tire changing" ,and I want to know what you came up with. I really think I can give you some good info from personal experience, running a shop everyday with my dad for the past 6, almost 7, years! Hope you're doing well and are healthy. I'll hear from you soon!

Everything takes time i'll be doing a video soon with the progress, but thanks for checking in, we should have it launched to market by end of August.

      If you have a large amount of purchases you can be direct with manufacturers but we are talking about 5-10 containers per month. So to start if you want those brands tire distributors such as ATD, Tirehub work well.

    • @DrAlexanderHamilton
      @DrAlexanderHamilton Год назад +2

      @@fernando_h_001why did you go silent? I am specifically asking about YOUR start up capital. How did you get the money to start your successful tire business? Anyone can make a lot of money if some funding source fronts them the money to do so. Access to capital is the single largest determinant of business success and not everyone has equal access to capital. Therefore any tip on starting any business should begin with a conversation about access to startup capital. Otherwise, you're misleading people into believing they can easily do what you did when they don't have the access to the capital that you did. So again, I directly and specifically ask you, where and how did you get your startup capital to fund your magnificently successful tire business.

      @@DrAlexanderHamilton you know people are selfish and dont want to tell you unless you pay them

    • @DrAlexanderHamilton
      @DrAlexanderHamilton Год назад

      @@thatsthesandersfamily not just that, he went silent b/c if he revealed how he got his access to start up capital, it will make a lot of people livid. Trust me when I say that NO ONE buys or leases a warehouse this big and launches a tire supply business of this scale either without some inside track for access to serious startup capital, hitting the lottery or having an inheritance. You can't just "work hard" to get to a point of starting a business that requires this much start up capital. Unless you're born rich, someone has to front you the money to get off the ground. He looks fairly young so I would reasonably question his credit history or presume he has a rich family member OR he has made friends with some wealthy startup capital backer. In either case, if you don't have the rich friends he does, the rich dad he does ,or someone on the inside of a bank bending credit rules to give you this type of money, click away from this video now & deem it a scam.
      A lot of people will look at this video and believe this guy is self-made and that he is where he is because of hard work. Nonsense. You too could be just as successful in any business IF someone fronted you the startup capital. A lot of people are painting you a rosy picture on the internet and will NOT tell you the truth. The fact is a bank or any start up capital financier or venture capitalist could make anyone a millionaire if they wanted to, but they only do this for certain people. Him revealing the true source of his startup capital would reveal something more sinister about how people get ahead in this country. Because he did not reveal how he got the money but inquired if I was offering start up capital tells me all I need to know. I will have more to say about this later, but for now I would like to know a few more details about his background before commenting any further, which I am sure he won't reveal because that would destroy his "hard work" pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstrap hustle and it would also demonstrate just how this country's financial apparatus picks winners and losers. If I'm wrong, then Mr. Herrara, share with your viewers the specifics of your background, where you are from, and tell us EXACTLY how you got your startup capital. Otherwise, I'm calling cap on all your videos.
