Beautiful house but the wooden floor is a bit off. maybe a darker shade if they wanted wood would have looked better but the finishing of the house does not match that type of wood floor design

That is an extension of the dining since people who live in such large opulent houses may entertain as much as 50 people or more, so you can easily arrange at least 3 twelve seater dinning sets in those 2 dinning areas. Or use one for formal dining and the other for informal dinning.

The "mini" dinning space i would use it as a kids dinning table space. Those mini dinning tables for kids would make sense there. For my kids to be kids and be messy when eating when i have guests over. Or if i dont have small kids i would customise it into a breakfast bar

The house looks good, I like the creative use of space, it looks and feels spacious, including the rooms inside as well. That gardening is magnificent, from the front yard to the backyard, and the motorcade is stunning. However, the tiling done inside the house looks ordinary, it's not excellent. Also the window grills are cheap and ordinary, the doors are not excellent.
@ hanidbarbie The notion of a swimming pool as a must is exaggerated, unless it's practical and functional. Your idea of having a swimming pool is for show. I know many folks with swimming pools that serve no utility value; not to mention the cost in maintaining same.

Great job walking us through the house. However this house is no where close to the million dollar price point.. The kitchen came close, but the narrow staircase, cheap railings, squeezed master bath, narrow office space, family room, basically the house looks big but not optimized . Very little creativity for that price tag.

This is embarrassing. Million dollar house na wameweka so many cheap elements. Old school mirrors, doors look cheap, mlango ya chuma at this price point, parquet flooring, improperly installed dishwasher, inconsistent floors average bathrooms at best. Apartment selling at a fraction of this price are far more modern and with noise canceling windows. Will probably be in the market for a very long time.
