What type of cement are they ordering with a truck it doesn’t look like concrete perhaps a stucco mix must be a different blend my guess is the bucket was a acrylic bonding agent

Two questions:
1. Is the color already added in the mix?
2. What’s that white liquid in the bucket y’all use to keep the cement most?
You can add pigment or dyes to concrete but I believe here the stained it after the fact, we do both
2 I believe they call that their wall mix.
