    hello Tom, exellent throwing,
    I want to ask whether I have to hold the knife with a forefinger, exactly at the point of balancing or a piece above it?,thanks

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  6 лет назад +2

      Hello, no you dont have but its good to be not too far away from it. Especially not in direction to the tip of the knife.

    From about what distance should I switch to half spin? Is there a way to avoid using half-spin with Skanf?

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  5 месяцев назад

      Yes, you can throw only no spin, but this style is hard to learn on bigger distances. I actually never did it like Yuri Fedin did it.

  • @1Scorpion_thrower
    @1Scorpion_thrower Год назад

    I completely agree with you this throat it’s like a baseball throw to be a group playing baseball in America. I can throw this at about 90 miles an hour no kidding but I can throw this at a good 6070 mile an hour fastball right now and I’m putting that much behind my knife throws like I’m stuck throwing in a basement like I said in your pet in one post but it has gotten me to the point where can I go outside? I don’t miss.

    Skanf technic is only "Hale spin"?

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  3 года назад +1

      No, it is the wave mechanic, no matter if you throw spin or no spin.

  • @alexshafir8199

    question what are you using for a camera and tripod? I have been thinking to get to the next level I really need to start recoding my practice sessions.

    I had the same issue with the front upper tip of my shoulder throwing arm after just a few days.
    Do you have maybe a Tipp how I can not ruin my shoulder more than necessarily while practicing? I know when to stop as a long time bass playing Person you feel when it’s enough and you have to take a break or it will get chronic. But maybe I am doing something wrong then ?!

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  4 года назад +1

      How said join the group and post videos. Then i can say something. It is all about using momentum with relaxed muscles and not strength.

      samoth chipmah its getting better every day and smoother now with the movements. Was just a bit too much of the same unusual movement.
      I will join the Facebook group now and then make a few Videos. :) thanks a lot Master TomTom :)

    I been having shoulder problems lately throwing fedin any suggestions

    • @samothchipmah2407
      @samothchipmah2407  7 лет назад +1

      yes that can be a problem. hard to tell what to do. first you have to let it heal then start again with less force. if you throw like in my last video you will not have problems. best would be you show a video.

    • @robbytucker6496
