You have tons of patience, love this build. I have a 94 Mirage ES Coupe, I am 4G63 swapping atm. Been at it for a few years. Can’t wait to see more of the build.
Nice job!!! Where can i learn how to do all this set up, motec pdm, ecu, digital dash screen, im familiar with 12v basic things like car accessories but not this level, i really want to start learning this!! Awesome!!!
Thank you! For the wiring side of things I used HP academy, they have tons of good info. They also have some classes for MoTeC, I have them but have not watched them yet. Most of that stuff I learned from friends that have done it before.
great job , can you program each wire to be what you want it to run as looks like your just pinning in and not following a pin place for each item or have i missed something thx
It’s pretty open with the pin assignment, but it’s not completely open where you can put pins wherever you want. I did have a sheet I was following that I had planned out before I started actually pinning the ecm/pdm.
@CSMtv1320 thanks I can see its a big project and wondering if I really want to do it as can see lots of work to rip out and then install can see advantages of a new digital system and nice big motec display
There’s a downloadable pinout sheet showing which pinout a do what, from there you just have to figure out where to put things. Not as easy as most standalone ecu’s but wasn’t too bad.

Thanks dude! And this project has taken a ton of patience for sure lol. And very cool project, keep at it and it will be done before you know it!

@CSMtv1320 thanks Will do more research
I believe you can download the pinout info on MoTeC’s website.

How do you know where the pins need to be on the ECU?
