I love that you make videos that might inspire girls to work in careers that aren't traditional for women. I scored very high in mechanical/automotive knowledge on a military skills test as a teenager, but life led me on a different path and I often wonder what my life would have been like if I'd followed that path instead. I worked on cars, played with tools and built things growing up. I think your channel was the first Filipina youtube I watched, but your friends channels were recommended and now I'm just trying to keep up with all of you! I'm just a white American woman that likes to see what life is like in Japan, and seeing it through you and your friends eyes and perspectives is unique and I'm so glad you are sharing your lives! I had a bad experience trying eel at a sushi restaurant a long time ago (and admittedly in a more rural area of the US that doesn't always get fresh seafood) but I will try it again if I'm ever able to travel to Japan. You make it look tasty! I said something similar about the bones in canned salmon patties that I made for my family, one kid was being picky but later loved them when I explained that we shouldn't waste food, they're soft enough to eat, pleasantly crunchy, and a good source of calcium.
Thanks for sharing your time, Carrie! Wow, that was kind of your boss to give you the eel 😊. I recall some time ago catching an eel while fishing, but I had no desire to eat it 😉. Your eel dish looked very delicious. One day I'm going to try and cook eggs like that. I've watched other Japanese and Korean youtubers cook them that way. The rectangle pan has been hanging out in my shopping cart for several months now - I need to go ahead and buy it ☺. Looking forward to your fishing adventure video. I hope you're able to catch an eel ⚓❤
❤❤❤❤ Hello to our friend Carrie from far away!!! I hope you are doing well! We always look forward to a new video from you and hope you are doing well. I think your job looks like the type of work I would enjoy doing. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
Hi Carrie it's almost midnight in US. How are you? I bet you can't wait for Sunday. I couldn't believe in Japan you can work 6 days. Here people would complaint if they work 6 days. May I ask how many hours in a day of work you put in? I love the shopping and it cheap too. Can't wait till next vlog just to see where you're taking us. Please take care and have fun on your day off!😄
Hello Ms. Nooh 😊. How are you? I’m sorry if my response is so late. I was busy and tired. Every time I went back home, I get sleep in my sofa and sometimes when I wake up it’s already morning. We usually work 8 hrs everyday but sometimes we overtime atleast one or two hours if we have urgent work schedule 😊. Thank you for always supporting me. Have a nice day and God bless 😊❤
@@carrycarrie1102 Sweet Carrie how is your day? Please don't worry about late response. You're very considerate person, pretty soon you'll have so many viwers write to you and won't be able to answer them all. Your work is not an easy task. I was chuckling about the eel, sorry, you openly admit your not a fan of cooking but the perserverence you showed was great, I always watch you and the other girls, but rarely comment. Today's video I really enjoyed, you deserve credit for the hard work you do day to day and the effort is always there. Such a lovely video to watch, much love from the UK ❤ Hailey x
Hi Carrie 👋 very interesting video and how to prepare the eel. We don't eat eel, but it's still interesting. It was nice of your boss to give that eel to you. We always enjoy your shopping trips. Thanks for taking us along. I hope you have a safe and blessed day at work ❤
Looks super yummy. Reminds me of a dish I used to order at a Japanese restaurant in San Francisco: unagi tamagoyaki. Grilled unagi rolled in omelet, sliced bite-size and served atop rice with a sweet teriyaki sauce.
Im glad you got to enjoy a special treat when a colleague gave you some freshly caught and prepared eel. I had to smile at the part time employee who accidentally set fire to the blueprints. Thankfully it was only the corner that got damaged.
Hello Sir Raymonde. How are you? Yes, luckily the important part of blueprints didn’t get damaged. Thank you for always supporting all of us. Take care and God bless 😊
Thank you for sharing your day! We have only ocean Eel in Hawaii but I used to catch what we call “dojo” but to keep as a pet. It’s like a mini eel to me but I think Japanese eat that too. So happy you’re monetized now 🎉

If you watch her other vlog you can see her face.
