Finally, a designer who's really bringing fresh content with such high-quality examples. I feel like I'm in an early club before you get big. It would be amazing if you showed options for rooms that don't have much natural light!
Also from Canada and it’s so true that these are such common layouts even for expensive apartments! We into the no tv situation haha. What’s interesting is we actually found that going with larger furniture that has visual weight and substance in a small space actually activates it in some way and makes it look bigger than using smaller and more dainty furniture. Great vydeo!
I am fortunate enough to own a home with a bedroom that I have dedicated to use as a tv room so that I do not have to have it in the living room. I have however lived in spaces in the past with layouts like this so I was interested in seeing what you would do with them. You offered some very good options for this type of space.
Spot on! The first example is my apartment. I have a small nook for a breakfast table in the same area and a large patio door. The only thing is that it’s an open plan with the kitchen. It’s in France by the way so yeah I guess even floor plans are being standardized. Anyway, I loved this video! Thank you for this work, I will definitely come back to it to find inspo on how to rearrange the living room space.
Love this video and the amount of effort that went into it! Would you consider doing similar layout ideas for other rooms in the house, for eg master bedroom? Or maybe an open plan house? It would be so helpful :)
Great vid, thanks! For example 1, I liked the 3rd config. I think the 2 smaller chairs make the room look bigger. I'd do that layout even w/o a TV. Btw, I don't have a TV - been living without one for 10+ years. AFAIK my neighbours don't have one, either. I can hear my neighbours in my apt building, lol. We all watch stuff on laptops or phones. For me, I'm too stingy to buy a TV. Lol. didn't need it & preferred to use my money elsewhere (travel, bought land, etc). Cheers!
the first layout is my layout except where the armchair is placed is my bedroom door...so i painted the entire tv wall together with the door black to camouflage the door.
Love your videos and the 3D views - i was wondering if you thought 2 small identical sofas facing each other could be a stylish option? I like the idea of symmetry but would this be « boring »?
Hi there! I don't think it's boring, since there's a chair of a different style and color there as well. I wouldn't like it if the chair was also from the same line of the sofas, for example :) but you could definitely use two different sofas, it all comes down to personal taste!
You are creating amazing video content. I just watched the video, and the quality is impressive. I am so impressed by your content. However, I noticed you struggle with video view & ranking after analyzing your channel. Because Your channel is not optimized properly! This means you need to update your video optimization, such as selecting an SEO-friendly video title, writing an attractive SEO-related description, and researching high-ranking targeted keywords according to your niche to rank your video. Really appreciate the no TV example 😊
I am one of those, havent had a TV for the last 15 or so years! thanks for thinking of our species in ur design :)
Really appreciate the final rendering to visualise the arrangement. Thanks for the effort put into the video!
Thank you! Glad you liked it 😊

I love the first presentation with the TV stand.

Definitely! I'm originally from Brazil and we have a lot of this kind of layout there as well.
Glad you liked the video and thanks for the comment :D
Really love the videos and design suggestions. Your hard work is appreciated! Wishing you success on interior design RUclips!
Thank you so much! 🙏

Absolutely! Thank you for the suggestion :)
Thank you! As someone moving into a new home soon, this content is insanely helpful
I am living in Canada and I still find it hard to decorate these narrows living rooms, but I could find some great options here. Thanks !
I would be interested in seeing these types of living rooms where the entrance is in the middle of the long side of the rectangle
I haven't had a tv for 15 years. Books are a wonderful source of entertainment. But I do have a computer, of course.
Great sharing.
Amei as opções! Excelentes para ambientes com menos espaços. 👏👏👏👏❤

Great idea!
No doors?
These are not the complete floor plans, I drew only the living room part, that’s why there are no entrance doors :)
Where can we buy such a low coffee table in example three? Excellent video.
I don't have any specific suggestions, but a Google search is always a good start :)
I love your red top!! Where is it from??
It’s from Uniqlo 🤗
Thanks
We have a TV but we can make it disappear in the sideboard, so we have a beautiful not TV-centered room, but still can use it if we want to.
Love it!
@TalesOfMaria Thankyou! My husband bought a TV lift and we extended the back of our sideboard . It was so much cheaper than buying the whole thing! 😁
Great channel, but in these examples where’s entry to the rest of the house?
I drew only the living room area, not the entire floor plans :)
We don't own a TV but we watch shows on my laptop in bed at night :)
That's nice! Have you ever considered a small projector? I have one in my bedroom and it is super cool. There are some very affordable ones as well :)
@@TalesOfMaria I have not but I will now! Thank you. I love your channel, by the way, and was happy I discovered it through the youtube algorithm.
Thanks! I'm so glad 😊
I have a long bedroom, any suggestions?
if it's too long, you can create one extra "space" besides just the bed, such as a reading nook :)
Me! I don't watch tv 😆. I watch my Phone😅
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
