Frogs only did 77 because they do more damage the further away the target is. They made it like that so people can't do what you just did and end up doing 150+ damage by limp dicking an awesome attack on somebodies head. Same goes for sniper and arrow. Basically any high damage weapons that would be OP as fuck if you could just point blank somebody with it and still do ridiculous amounts of damage.

Also only napalm out of what you mentioned there really has huge damage potential like frogs would if there wasn't damage drop off for closer targets. You'll have to ask KChamp why he made those weapons have damage drop off for close targets but didn't do it to napalm.

Frogs do dmg based on distance, the further the target is, the more dmg each frog does, I think it goes from 7 minimum to 10 max, i'm not sure
