Like the person in front of her would ideally be perfect, and they make her feel amazing, but there’s something about the relationship that isn’t right so she has to end it. but she’s convincing herself she shouldn’t, which is why she’s asking herself “how could i resist?” I just feel a sadness in the song that makes me feel sad from listening to it. i absolutely love it
