I spent 26 years with my ex so she is a big fish in a small pond. She is not just my favorite ex, she is still my best friend. This song puts a lump in my throat every time I hear it. Her voice sounds so incredibly fragile like she is about to burst into tears. I saw her performing this on the Unity Festival online 2020 and I haven't listened to another singer since. Pure Class

Maisie has gone from strength to strength but I'm forever holding this song dearest. She has such a way with words and her voice stuns me. "You were my gold rush" is such a uniquely beautiful line and it stops in me in my tracks whenever I hear it. I'm hoping my gold rush is never tainted to a cold touch. Ah, I cannot get over this piece of music.

I never stood a chance, this is a perfect song, and she looks and sounds like an angel (Those eyes make me melt - I would have traded my seat on the Titanic Life raft for a smile)... and still she keeps releasing tunes that smash the competition. Natural talent that was only ever going to be a superstar. Hope she stays level headed.
