I found this really hard since i have a mild adhd. Its really hard to achieve peacefulness and stillness, and i dont know how to train it. Longest i can get throughout is few seconds and stream of thoughts just flooded into me. What i identified most of them as "feedbacks/advices and comments" But i really enjoyed the few seconds of stillness that i got from the meditation. Thank you!
Start with short meditations and work your way up to longer ones. Each time your mind wanders simply notice without judging or reacting and go back to focusing on your breath or whatever you're meditating on. The only way to train your mind is to keep practicing and being persistent.
Our minds are meant to think... just as the heart beats. The goal is to not attach meaning or judgments to the thoughts... let them flow in and out. The more you detach, the less they come
I really appreciate this mediation. I saw a lot of colors when I was meditating, started with a mist of yellowing that was moving, then expanded to a electric green then a mixers of high intense colors changing form together. At one point I saw clouds and the sky, clouds did move to show/ appear a mountain. 💚💫🫶🏼🧘🏽♀️ Thank you 😊

Would you be able to suggest any other practices for controlling sexual energy? I have been practicing the HAMSA meditation ever since your video uploaded; any other suggestions to go deeper? Also, how does the ability to better control sexual energy lead to one’s realisation that ejaculation can be mentally controlled? Could you go into further detail on this? All the best.
In most people, the sexual center controls the brain, through transmutation we reverse this process and the brain begins to control the sexual center instead. Through a deep conviction and willpower this is possible, meditation is also necessary. Sexual energy is powerful, and when it's sublimated it can be used to be applied to spiritual awakening. As well as this is can be used for other creative outlets, whether it be art, helping others, reading books, and doing deeper and longer meditation sessions. Your question answers itself really. Through practicing to control sexual energy, we realise that it can be mentally controlled. That's the practice. It is realised through practice instinctively. Don't worry, keep practicing, it takes time. There's a certain threshold on the path where you're sick of the struggle and permanently put a plug on it, so to speak. Loved it! Is it normal to feel that space of stillnes in throat area? I felt immense but pleasant heat in my throat during meditation and it spreaded to my ears. I still feel it now after meditation.

I am sikh, from our perspective the reason you do these types meditations or you try to open ur chakrars r sovyou can listen to voice of God, in Christianity its trumpits, other cultures hear flutes, drums, crickets, and many others... I hope I didn't offend anyone... And this helps someone..
Yes this helps me and I'm sure others.. I try to look at the big picture and find trends or reoccurring themes in religions or spiritual teachings, to come to the truth on my own terms as opposed to just blindly believing whatever someone tells me

Just one question, does one continue to breath deeply all the time as that deep breath raises the shoulders thus making the body move and that makes me aware of that while trying to remain still.
My uncle says that if he astral projects his subconscious won't be used when it needs to be when you are sleeping to filter out the chemical that come from antibody food that is fed to animals that are made into food and effects our brain in a different way. in our subconscious minds filters the antibody stuff or whatever idk and he says that the mind is like a muscle and it needs to rest cause our family is susceptible to schizophrenia so he'd rather just sleep and let his mind rest I didn't get to tell him that our mind is always awake it just goes unconscious when we sleep I didn't get to talk to him long. I just want your perspective on what we talked about. Sorry if I worded it badly
Yes, physical, mental, and spiritual rest is crucial. Through deep rest, we can even experience sublime dimensions of consciousness in realms out of body. As for schizophrenia, this type of meditation of silencing the mind is very beneficial.
I'd like you to know I really greatly appreciate your content. I could write a whole essay on how much it has helped me. However, I do have a problem with something. You said in one of your videos that you only get positive comments and you'd like it if someone would share any problem that they might have. So here it goes... I feel that you talk toooooo much in your meditations so that it's not meditation anymore it's just like your other videos where your teaching stuff. You talk incessantly throughout your meditations so there really are no gaps where Im actually mefitating I'm just constantly listening to your voice. I found this especially on the meditation for dissolving/killing certain egos. In that meditation a person needs time to focus on that ego but you dont give enough time before you're teaching things about it. I feel if there's things that a person needs to know about the process you could teach this before the meditation starts and then during the meditation you could just give a quick reminder. Giving the person time to actually focus on the process that they are supposed to do during the meditation. I rarely come to your channel now unless I want to watch a learning video. It's guided meditation that I'm looking for but I don't find your guided meditations useful as you talk too much throughout not leaving long enough gaps for the person to actually be in that silence and stillness as they are constantly having to listen to you. Little prompts with bigger gaps of silence would be better for me. So no issues on anything you offer except the guided meditation. Thanks for your efforts to bring us this knowledge.

Find a balance where you let the breath become automatic and body totally relaxed... in very deep meditation breath can actually become very shallow
