Tolwyn in WC2 was the one that got Blair assigned to a backwater installation for 10 years and ignored his pleas that the Kilrathi were using stealth fighters to frame him for cowardice, only by a fluke he got back into things and proved himself begrudgingly so the hate goes deep.
