I think it’s important to remember life is going to have phases, allow yourself to have those “off” weeks while living your best fullest life especially since you’re still being active and mindful! Wellness is a long game and building a balanced routine that’s achievable day to day takes time. As someone who also has a hectic unpredictable career with a lot of travel I totally get it. Be kind to yourself. ❤
Firstly, you look fabulous! Secondly, listening to your body is so important. I used to workout everyday when I was younger. I ran track at a Div 1 college and kept going after that, hard. I am now 60 and I have already had one total knee replacement and they’re predicting I will need one for my other knee. I have had rotator cuff injuries and many other tweaks aka surgeries on my body. I have osteoarthritis all over and I believed when I was younger I was unstoppable. Continue to be mindful of your exercises with the goal being long term. Your body will thank you for it. No pain, no gain right now might seem ok, but it won’t do you any good if you keep that up like I did. It hurts to get out of bed, heck it hurts to roll over in bed! Lol! You’re beautiful and very fit. Keep up the great work, but remember body kindness matters too. 🫶🏼

Those shoulder presses are such a beast to increase weight on. What helped me was actually lowering the weight and getting wayyyy more depth- pausing at the bottom and then back up. Then my strength on those really went up quickly.

Yea I definitely notice a HUGE difference (especially on leg day) at different points in the cycle ! I just go lighter in weights if need be and keep rolling 🎉❤

I highly recommend, it helped me so much!

For those hammers try to “lend” the weights on your legs instead of the side of the body. Imagine starting from your thighs going up and down. You will fill your biceps like never before!! Check with Don tho but from my experience it’s crazy how much it changes
Have you ever tried the NutriRich Wella (goji berry) line? Lots of people sleeping on this line! (for curly gals, their nutricurl hair mask is honestly the BEST. Paired with GIsou honey hair oil = happy curls). Other note, I have the same express tan product but I cannot get it to look right on my dehydrated skin :') I use La Roche Posay Lipikar+ too before the tan, but it is not enough
Ask Dejan to help you get the dumbbells up for the first rep..the first rep is always the hardest. Try doing like 2-3 reps every time and then see how you progress. It's how I was able to move to 33 and now I'm aiming for 38.5lbs

I just bought some to try for the first time and it says on the packaging that I need to take it 4 times a day for the first 7 days! Is this normal or excessive?

I used to drag my toe as well and destroy shoes. Back then (1990’s😂😂) I found a tube of white goo (may have been called shoe goo??) that was like toothpaste consistency that was for the toe of the shoe. Set hard. Meant this was what dragged instead. And then kept reapplying as required. Saved my shoes.
I find my fitness routine varies throught my cycle, you mentioned the other day about coming off of birth control, maybe that's why your ebbing and flowing more than before?
I know you love the Epsom salts buuut you need to try ice baths (or really cold baths)/dunks. As someone who has done competitive sports for a long time with long training camps, ice baths will rejuvenate those sore muscles! Give it a try, it's so worth it and better than Epsom baths

It seems a little counterintuitive that despite strength training, you feel the weakest. I understand that training for looks is a personal goal for some, but if that's not the case... maybe alternating strength and cardio? Or include active recovery every other day? Anyways, fun video as always!!
More so in the way that when you’re consistently training, you’re pushing heavier weights and feeling super strong! When I’m working out less (literally) I’m not able to increase the weights / feel a bit weaker overall 😅
