DF Siena, a Comecer company, built linear washer machines and depyrogenation tunnels for pharmaceutical vials.
DF Linear washers are built and manufactured according to current GMP standards and FDA rules. Based on the principle of intermittent motion, fully automatic, they have an overturned transport system by means of independent self-centering grippers and are suitable for washing small, medium, and large vials and bottles.
TSL - depyrogenation tunnel guarantees the continuous sterilization and depyrogenation of glass containers such as vials, type R or type H, by means of filtered high-temperature air (max 350°C) in laminar flow conditions. The air laps vertically the containers, with a uniform increase of the heat, achieving a shorter time sterilization process.
