Most of the faculty in IITs are really qualified, not denying that but from my experience in IIT so far, they're only interested in their own research and see teaching as some side thing to get done with, which is why they don't really put effort into teaching and students too, stop attending their classes. Obviously this varies from professor to professor, but I'm talking based on majority of my own experience in IIT. There are a few amazing teachers too tho.

And you already became a hard working guy in the Journey. So, you will find a way to do better things. Because the only Reason you didn't get into IIT was you were at Theory. But, Everyone is good at Practical, So You will do the best bcz You became a Hard Working Smart Dude 😎.
