  • Untill recently, Ursus was associated solely with the Mechanical Plant - that is the tractor factory and the heavy industry.
Currently Ursus is set as an example of a transformation of the urban space, the same as Bicocca in Milan or HafenCity in Hamburg.
Thanks to the joint effort of both local autorithies and developers, the district is changing its character and acquiring new potential.
We're the pioneers and the initiators of the dialogue aiming at revitilising these areas.
Revitalisation means not only building houses and flats, but also a full public infrastructure, including parks, roads, sports facilities, health care and educational facilities, and also shops and cafes.
Ursus is changing from a typical industrial area into a full fledged residential district.
It's a space to live, rest and work.
Designing and building our housing estates, we emphasise our clients' needs and follow the concept of a 15-minute city, capable of meeting all existential needs in one place.
Natural resources protection is equally important for us, that's why we implement ecological solutions. Installations absorbing carbon dioxide are on the buildings' facades. We build so called green roofs and rain gardens.
We save energy thanks to LED instalations, optical fibres, solar panels and intelligent house control system Smart House by Keemple. Electric car charging stations are also provided in our estates.
Our newest innovatons such as anti-smog pavement, solar benches or anti-smog ventilators in apartments show that we attach great importance to ecology and environment protection, which has a direct impact on the quality of life of residents.
So far we've earned the trust of over 100,000 clients, who value our innovations!
