I remember watching this. Had a crush on Deb at the time, which was the only reason I saw the episode. I preferred VH1 over MTV as a teenager since it focused more on music, got into classic rock from watching "Rock Show" (hosted by Scott Ian) where MTV mainly focused on boybands, numetal, rap, and reality shows. Though "Sifl and Olly" was crescent fresh.
The Rock Show on vh1 was mainly hosted by Cane from 92.3 K-rock in New York. But I do remember the episodes that Scott hosted. Sadly, Cane now is a DJ on Alt 92.3 in new York but the station is so far away from being anything "alternative" as it claims it is... The alternative category in today's world is filled with basic pop music it's really sad. I don't know how he can actually put up with 90% of the music the station plays.. its definitely no K-rock. I always preferred the pop-alternative rock from the 90s (ex. Gin Blossoms, Collective Soul, Toad the Wet Sprocket, etc.) But this Alt 92.3 won't even play them... It's sad
