I'd really like to see a competition where two teams make both planes and stationary anti-air defenses and switch roles with the goal being for the planes to survive for the longest time (within a certain area)
I've learned that when it comes to high speeds in Trailmakers, by far the most important thing in minimising aero drag. Just did a test where I put all the big turbofan engines inline with each other, I covered the front engine with 1x4 wedges and I easily broke the sound barrier.

I wish the competition was closer though. ^^ Also when you're doing a contest, it's best to have rounds that allows the players to improve their builds. It makes things a lot more interesting.

I stuck 6 dragon jets in line with a cockpit using flat sticks, added 2 mini-thrusters to round out the power cores and raise the center of thrust a hair, and once I thought to put skis on instead of wheels I broke the sound barrier. Minimizing weight and drag for the win! Sadly, it's a boring-looking build and probably wouldn't make a compelling video.
yzuei i have a video idea, 1 team has to build a bomber plane and the other team has to build an anti air gun. the planes need to bomb the anti air and the anti air has to shoot down the planes. you cant respawn.
I know this is prolly some generic unlicensed music, but I must admit, Yzuei's build music might be in contention with Scrapman's for best "montage" banger! Idk if ya'll know this, but subconsciously you really like this because of what watching 'Rocky' did to film forever. You're welcome.
