Pancakes.
(3-4 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
plain yoghurt 350 g / 0.771 lb;
chicken egg 1 pc.;
flour 200 g / 0.440 lb;
sugar 1 tablespoon;
powder for cookies 1 teaspoon;
sunflower oil 55-75 g / 0.121-0.165 lb.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
take a deep dish;
pour plain yoghurt;
add a chicken egg;
salt to taste;
add flour;
add sugar;
add cookie powder;
Mix all the ingredients to a homogeneous mass.
heat the pan;
pour sunflower oil into the pan;
put the mixture in portions in a pan;
Fry until ready.
divide into portions.
Cooking time is 7-10 minutes.
