    1. "He and his wife had dinner, came home, went to bed - and had 'a murder-free evening!' 2. "Leslie's injuries were not consistent with striking her head on a stone bench - unless the stone bench attacked her - but - to be fair - no one ever suspects stone benches as violent offenders - so they can get away with just about anything!" And 3. "The bloody long sleeved shirt was never found - was it a magic flying shirt?" Classic Grande!!!

My ex is a doctor. He did some horrible things. Lost his board certification and his doctor’s license. Just got that back with a narcotic restriction. And no one would hire him. Just because a person is a doctor, it doesn’t mean they are upstanding person with no morals or integrity. The abuse I’m still going thru is ridiculous. And my 2 dogs were poisoned. Just be aware. There was a guy in Ontario, Canada, who was convicted of killing his wife, they were home alone, together. She was found at the bottom of the stairs, but examiners said her head injury was not consistent with a fall, and she had to have been struck by something else, as well as some other strange details about her hair and clothing I think. It just couldn't have come from falling, they said. Years later it was determined she actually had fallen.
She did a somersault on the way down, and her head got jammed between the frames(basement stairs, no drywall)of the stair and wall, until her body somersaulted again, ripping her head from where it was stuck, and doing unpredictable damage. I hope I have all that correct.
    Peace

I don't know when most physicians lose their humanity, but my God do the lose it. I've had a few exceptions. One ER doctor always comes to see me if he sees my name on the board. He's heald my hand during various procedures. That's an amazing kindness in such a heartless, sterile building.
I've been on heavy medications and medical interventions for years, but when my son came out as a Gay, it was declared a miracle because we haven't had a homosexual come out in a very long time in my tribe. Gay people are considered sacred in my tribe and when he becomes a man, he'll be on the tribal council. I'll co-reign with him till then.
But to make a long story even longer, one of our medicine men stopped me after the ceremony and asked "What is this darkness upon your soul? How much of the white men's medicine do you take? I sense it there, in your car. Show it to me."
I yanked out my backpack that sounded like a baby rattle and he gives me a knowing look. At the time I was taking at least 36 pills a day. I watched as he ferreted through the bag opening every bottle and discarding most of them into the roaring fire. I'm wondering how I'm going explain this to my insurance company when we get back to civilization. 🤔
At the end there's 3 bottles left. "Here" he says "After tonight's peyote ceremony you'll only require these." Ummmmmmk.
We move onto the peyote ceremony and at one point in it you purge away any darkness in your soul. It's much more complicated than that, put I'll simplify it. So my trip is over and I began vomiting. Like I'd never stop vomiting, copious amounts of foul smelling black goo. The medicine man had to personally come comfort me as I wrenched almost till dawn. My son had urped a little black goo as well, but nowhere near where I was at.
The medicine man took a stick and looked at the black goo and said this (but in our language, obviously.) "You're child's father, he put this on both you and your boy. His mother does as well. I will make you a charm to keep their spirits away from you and your home. You will get better. Your boy will thrive and take his rightfull place in the council. Do you understand?"
      I nodded still dry heaving.
And I got better. I still take only 3 pills a day (The were the absolute minimum to keep me alive, no idea how he knew that.) I've lost well over a 100 pounds, haven't been to the ER except for a couple broken appendages and getting shrapnel in my ass. (Ouch) And I'm happier. No more panic attacks or intrusive thoughts. No more sleep aids. We're all so much happier. Maybe it's all placebo, but maybe placebo works better than we think and all these doctors need to take a step back and look at unconventional treatments and plain old providing comfort to their patients.
My third son is studying medicine out of this country and I've asked him to take some time after he graduates to study with the medicine man and the curandera that services our families. I think there's a lot of wisdom to be gained there. I also tell him (he's a mama's boy) when he gets a difficult or irritating patient to picture me in their place. Remember how difficult I could be because I was hurting and how we loved each other, regardless. I hope he never becomes one of "those" doctors.

@@lozencolorado3326 my brother works with First Nations up in Fort Chippewa Alberta Canada and there he told me how a missing First Nation's woman had gone missing. I don't recall the story perfectly... Well he was on a different reserve quite a distance from the one where the woman had disappeared when a medicine man approached him and asked him to take a moment while he did some kind of divination. I don't know what he did, but after some moments, he then gave my brother an address in Fort Mac of what turned out to be the missing woman's boyfriend saying that there you'd find the killer.
The medicine man supposedly didn't know the woman or her boyfriend, but heard how there was a missing woman.
My brother took this information to the police and it turned out that they were about to charge the boyfriend after their investigation had just discovered damming evidence against him, but they had just arrived at the decision to arrest the boyfriend and had everything under wraps. They were skeptical but when they heard the address the medicine man had given, they were shocked.
This happened within the last year and I wondered whether the Medicine Man got a tip and wanted to provide the information in a discrete way or if it was genuine divination.
My brother had also gone through a purge of large amounts of some kind of fluid from a shamanic DMT ceremony with Toniwari (the toad venom). I never purged on it myself, but always found them to be potent experiences

When someone dies like this, there is a strong temptation to make major conclusions based on basically trivial findings or speculations. Blood spatter means nothing. What a person, even a doctor, should or shouldn’t do in a given situation also means little when translated out of a medical setting and into a personal and/or startling event. I would also point out that the support
or lack of support from a family member doesn’t mean much either. I’m not saying anything specific about this one case. But it is important to weigh evidence in a rational way.

So what lessons can be learned in this case? Number one: Don't take showers with benches; they're _barely_ trustworthy. Number two: If you're looking to be an impulsive, messy, coffee-wasting murderer, be sure to invest only in shirts that have magical flying abilities. Superb wise cracks today. Have a magical Monday, handsome doc!

I also think “it’s amazing how wealthy people put themselves into terrible financial situations.” In my opinion, people who were once poor or ever had financial difficulties will always manage money like a “poor” person, even after their financial situation improves. It’s like you leave poverty but poverty does not leave you. However, I don’t think that is true for people who earn a large sum of money without any effort, like for example winning the lottery.
I know I am going on a tangent here but I am very surprised to see people struggling with money when they have so much!
Excellent analysis as usual, thank you Dr. Grande.❤️

hey man, I just came across your channel, and I am impressed by your professionalism.
There is this one person from my country that you might want to investigate.
His name is Lee Sze Chiat.
15+ years as an SIO (Senior Investigator Officer).
    Here's what happened:
Lee Sze Chiat volunteered to help out in a case involving 2 women.
Once he brought them to the interrogation room, he did sexual stuff to them. Masturbating, rape, twerking, etc.
He was sentenced to 1 year after getting arrested.
I need to know more about what drove him to do what he did.
I would really appreciate if you do that. Thx

Doc, not sure I can watch this. Without detail, the title is freaking me a bit. Male GYN's, I have met a whole HOST of the misogynist bastards. Stopped going very early, in my youth (under 25). It is incredible the power these men held over females in THEIR OFFICE! Maybe I'll just watch this later...but, probably not. I love your channel, the work you, your team, and your family have done, to make this channel possible. Your intelligence and humor never fail to entertain me, except when the subject is a little "too close to home". Keep up the excellent work, Dr. G.!

You're right about this. For about 3 years, I had a roommate who was a female OB/GYN. I gained a lot of insight into the profession from her. Once, she told me that you could group male OB/GYNs into 4 personality types (related to why they went into the profession and how they conducted themselves in their practice). There was misogynistic, paternalistic, something I don't remember and, finally, plain, old, "normal" (or whatever she called it).

I'm not surprised he almost got away with it. A tort attorney once told me that it was almost impossible to win a malpractice case against a popular obgyn unless you could get a change of venue, which is hard to do. The doc has delivered a lot of people's kids; they tend to look upon them as heroes. (I felt that way about my obstetrician. I had a difficult time and might have actually died.) So he said he always explained to clients in advance that it was going to be a tough uphill battle.

He was a doctor, obviously, the medical examiner was his buddy, and willing to look the other way. How could he miss the body being in rigor? Robert also gave it away, in my mind, when he said, 'after a while it was a never ending shower, so he went to check.' Someone in the shower makes a lot of noise, cz of the water and echoing. Every throat clear, bottle picked up or put down, it's constant, and silence becomes very noticeable, very quickly, as an out of place sound. She supposedly fell before he was home, he would have started wondering if there was anyone in there right away.
Almost nobody is what they seem. Life is a big game for most people. Unfortunately for them.
    Peace

It is important to note that obstetrics shower benches are always a source of risk. It seems some architects have limited understanding of the chiropractor and weight balance factors involved in pregnancy. I have seen bathrooms just wide enough to let a pregnant woman in as long as she is in reverse. And doesn’t mind an inappropriately placed sink. Getting out is a real issue.

My cousin is really good friends with Jenna. She’s the sweetest girl! I’ve never met her Dad, but my cousin says he’s super chill and down to earth and even thou he thinks he probably did do it, he says he’s never ever seen him be anything but loving and welcoming so it’s really hard to believe. Which Jenna and most of even her mothers family doesn’t! They stand by him. Jenna is extremely close to her dad. This has all been a lot but I really give her so much credit bc she’s such a strong woman and even after all she’s been through is so kind and generous. I think about her often and wish her peace!
