    Garam masala recipe.
    Ingredients:
    Dhaniyalu-250gms
    Starflower-75gms
    Japathri-75gms
    Lavangalu-75gms
    Yalikalu-75gms
    Dalchinachakka-75gms
    Miriyalu-75gms
    jajikayalu-2
    Putting them under the sun for 4-5hrs before the process is better,
    Roast them separately one by one if the quantity is more but if less roasting them together is better,
    Cool them down a bit later and grind them well in a mixer
    And store the product in an air tight container(will be fresh up to 3months if kept outside and if stored the same container in refrigerator it will be fresh up to 6months).
