I just realised that apart from the serial killer even the district attorney is a bad guy. First he fabricated evidence to put Eun Bong Hee behind bars, he forced Noh Ji Wook to get a confession from Eun and when he failed to do so he was kicked out, now we see that he even manipulated Noh as a child to frame Eun's dad as the arsonist when he literally died while trying to help the couple. The attorney should be stripped of his title and put behind bars.
