Guy gets scammed on laser purchase from China

Sharing how I almost got scammed, how another person actually got scammed trying to purchasing a CNC Fiber laser cutting machine from china.
Also including some details on my machine purchase through Alibaba direct to manufacturer, cover topics like import tariffs, duties, cargo container shipment, offloading with intermodal freight and local installation and rigging.
