Love this house. That backyard is amazing. I agree, needs the pool bath and summer kitchen. Though I don't disagree with your proposed changes to 2nd floor, I think I would only do that if access to the balcony could be thru the center room. I would be very reluctant to limit that access to a single bedroom. Great tour as always.

I want a luxury home without my neighbors being able to see me in my pool. Not enough privacy.

I just don’t like beams …. that makes it look farmhouse
