      Yes they have some great single level with high ceilings but not many build them. Downstairs master , office, and additional bedroom downstairs is about all most owners use. Upstairs for the guests and kids

      lots of progress and quite a few closings happening in the west half of this neighborhood! Most homes are trending in the $1.8M to $3M range.

      yes they are steep- $390k I believe at the moment. plus structural options, design, and base price- puts you in the $1.8M minimum but this neighborhood will be a congruent gated enclave in a great spot in south Lake Nona going forward. the next few years will see it flourish! thanks for watching

    A 70' model would be awesome. I'd get a 60' wide home and wouldn't feel closed in. But the money.

      My first home in Laureate Park was a 50' wide rear-load garage... the 60 foot width feels like a good amount of east-west sprawl but still a bit tight in most neighborhoods I tour. once you get to the 70' product like in Taylor Morrison preserve at lake nona, david weekley homes laureate park there were some too- it's a nice breath of fresh air to have more spaces to go in the home than the "front to back" shotgun length homes.

    Do these have the no rental in year 1 restrictions? Wondering how much it'd rent for.

      Yes, can’t rent in 1st year
      I’d say $7k+ depending on size and pool or not
      Like the larger homes in laureate

      Actually I just checked with toll and you can rent it right away 12 month lease but can’t sell for 1 year

      the least expensive home in Laurel Pointe right now is around $1.75 Million. Base prices are around $1M+, lot premiums can run $400k on the pond/trees, design options $200k, pool $200k. So around $400-$450 per square foot. We help you compare to other options around Lake Nona including resale homes in the past 5 years.

      @@lindigo263 sure I have customers waiting on Toll ovation winter garden as well- in riverside oaks the homes are similar to toll Weslyn park, ovation west haven, smaller than laurel point but also priced lower, $750k for some of the larger homes depending on options. Phase 2 and 3 to come
