- Azuri Tower 1 is one of 3 Towers developed Eko Development Limited in Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Azuri Tower 1 is known to be the tallest Tower Residential Tower not only in Lagos and the whole of Nigeria, it is on 33-Floor, taller than the Eko Pearl in Eko Atlantic City, The No. 4 Bourdillon, Cuddle Towers Bourdillon Ikoyi, Civic Towers, Pan Atlantis Towers and Atlantis Towers by Periwinkle Condos limited.
It is was completed and delivered in early 2023 and it is known to be 60% occupied already.
There are 5 levels of parking including the must-have Basement Parking in Eko Atlantic City which offers the owners some breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Marina Canal & Ocean.

EKo Atlantic City looks abandoned to me. I am not happy with the level of constructions at all.
Do you contrive to acquire an apartment or brag about the city after it's completed?
There're tons of construction project underway and proposed like the consulate tower, Phoenix tower which is on 13th floors as of now alongside with the proposed Phoenix rising, Orca mall, Louisville, Le reeve, Oak heights (38 floors), Tm high gardens and much more.
