Why is it that Spencer's mom doesn't want Spencer to do his homework?

She's all about that sunshine/outside playtime > homework

@@Herf18 But isn't she aware that too much of that will result in less homework and a more likely chance of students getting bad grades/expelled from school? On top of that, isn't she aware that the outside world may be more dangerous than inside the house and the fact that she could die from an accident?
