I'm actually impressed you found a shade that matched you with the new HD Skin formula... I found that they run SO yellow! It's so frustrating to me... I personally liked the original just because the shades were true to undertone. ANYway.... You're stunning as usual you mystical earth fairy (at least that's the vibe I got from your green look today).
Try using a neutral undertone. Blend it into the skin to see what it looks like when it’s fully dried. Coming from the pump, it may look yellow but it’s not. Don’t be afraid to go a bit lighter as it’s a waterproof and sweat proof formula. I hope this helps!
i was using a Neutral undertone so that totally helped
I couldn’t find the right shade either 😞it’s too yellow. I can’t even return stuff anymore by being banned at Sephora (too many returns)
@@kintsorbentcsakcsont yes! I’ve already tried all of the different tones and it doesn’t matter which shade you pick up, they all run yellow. And if you’re olive undertones? Forget about it… I know how to apply foundation, so it isn’t like I am doing something wrong here. The foundation also isn’t good at setting well and isn’t very long lasting. I truly think the original HD was much better. I know that’s my opinion though.
@@jdomakeup Yeah, no. Neutral’s are more like warm tones with this foundation. The ones meant for cool, are more neutral. The warm ones are INCREDIBLY yellow-orange. They do not do much oxidation and I think this formula is just not the one. If you found your shade, awesome, but it isn’t a foundation for everyone. We’ve had a lot of returns of this foundation tbh.

When you were noting how well the shadows built on top of each other, I was shouting at the screen, that is because it is an Angelica palette! She wouldn’t choose a formula that wouldn’t do that. Love the eye look!
Angelica wouldn’t cooperate with a shady quality brand, I’d like to say that everything I own from Oden’s Eye works great. 🔥 This collab is simply a match made in heaven and I hope it will attract more people to Oden’s Eye as it’s really great and also doesn’t cost a fortune, which sometimes happens with even bigger brands (and the quality there sometimes is quite questionable).

The fact that Miss Gomez and the folks she developed with thought of her brothers and sisters with autoimmune conditions (she has Lupus) and made the lids easier to open for those of us dealing with issues with our hands from things like RA, or arthritic-like pain from cancer, or cancer treatment, or neuropathy.
They actually said they didnt create it for that!
I didn’t know she did that I love that I have RA and some other autoimmune diseases and I always struggle with life

You need to try more indie brands!! I recommend Polish brand Glam Shop, they have OUT OF THIS WORLD eyeshadows! You'll love the Crystal shadows and have to try the other formulas, like Turbo Glow, Marble, Multichrome, Velvet.. they might be slightly more messy than mainstream brands' formulas, but SO worth it🤩🤩
