    Nice clean clip. But why does the second trumpet make the mistake of playing A-sharp instead of A in the second trumpet phrase - and similarly in the reprise of that section?

      The A# is in the printed score, in the 1952 edition at least. So either Biggs was making his arrangement from a score that had the A#, or he felt the piece was 'improved' by sharping it. It's a little too late to ask him for clarification, unfortunately...
