Finally, a decent video on this particular guitar. I have one and it doesn't sound anything like the Fender promo of the mahogany top. I switched out my nut to Bone and also made a Bone saddle for it as well. It's the first time I crafted anything from bone, and the saddle you have to grind skinny. By hand. I also got some ebony wood bridge pins. It sounds so much better. Just need a new pair of strings now. All together though, I love this guitar and it's just beautiful imo. I play it everyday and it helps when on the run as a traveler. The gig bag sucks though, I got the FAS405 gig bag which was an extra 40$. Much much more padded. Happy man
I had one of these not too long ago and I absolutely loved it, i upgraded the nut and saddle to bone and the pins to ebony and it sang, the only reason I don't have it anymore it is cause I sold it to my friend with the intention of him having a good guitar, I have since ordered another one and I'm waiting for it to come in but it's unfortunately on back order, nevertheless I wholeheartedly recommend this guitar
@@bluebellbeatnik4945 Yes, she's 5'1'' tall. She only plays that one because she finds a regular sized guitar too large for her arms. She also loves how it feels and sounds.
would nirvana songs sound good on this guitar( rock songs ?)?i real consider gettinf this because my current guitar is too big , and its really uncomfortable for me to play
Perfect demo video and just what I needed. Thank you for taking the time to make it.

how much did you spend on upgrades
Great review ! I’m used to my Duo Sonic so the fact that this is similar in scale and neck makes it perfect for me. Thanks.
nice one. Considering this as my first guitar
You need to learn with a normal size guitar
@@andrea852 Bullocks. If you're my size you will struggle hugely with a 4/4, why torment yourself if you can learn exactly the same on a 3/4?
@@andrea852 i learnt on a cheap classical guitar then moved to electric. There’s no need to do anything, just learn chords, shapes and scales
just what i need. Thank you
Which one is better? Redondo mini ou sonoran mini? Thanks for the vídeo!!!
I just bought one for my daughter (spruce top) to match my spruce top Sonoran. It’s 30% off on Fender right now and comes with a gig bag.
That is a cool guitar. Great review.
I bought this guitar for my wife a few months ago, and I love how it feels and sounds, so now I spend more time than her playing it.
is she short? how did she find it herself?

the best strings for this guitar ?
@@abeja7821 I switched to elixir 11s on mine, like it much better than the original strings it came with.
Sounds a lot like an electric guitar somehow... As an electric guitar player I'm intrigued.
