MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE BOARDING LAGOS-ABEOKUTA-IBADAN TRAIN (FIRST TIME)

The Lagos-Ibadan rail line is a double-track standard gauge rail which runs from Lagos-Abeokuta-Ibadan. It has three major train stations namely; Mobolaji Johnson Station at Ebute Metta at Lagos, Wole Soyinka Train Station at Abeokuta and Obafemi Awolowo Station, Moniya at Ibadan. There are also train stations at Olodo, Kajola and Papalanto.
The train departs Mobolaji Johnson Station, Ebute Metta, Lagos State at 8:00am/4:00pm and arrive Chief Obafemi Awolowo Station, Moniya, Ibadan at 10:45am/ 6:45pm.
The trip starts at the Mobolaji Johnson Train Station at Alagomeji, Ebute Metta, Lagos, then moves to the Babatunde Raji Fashola Train Station at Agege, Lagos, the journey continues to the Wole Soyinka Train Station at Abeokuta, the train proceeds to the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Train Station at Omi Adio, Ibadan. The train stops at the Obafemi Awolowo Train Station at Moniya, Ibadan.
