If you wish to use the old client here are some steps to implement the old interface (an extremely easy copy-paste job).
It has the following features:
-Enabled the old grey interface, fully working
-Enabled the extra skill slots
-Client's music, loading screens and everything else fully old school as it was in 2009.
Important: Download and use the client from the classic.jadedy... website, create an account, log in and input an inductor ID: 4000000X000800042004100Z17d21f
Then, exit the game and use this old interface (if you wish to do so).
The old grey UI does not have the box to insert your Inductor ID the first time you create a character.
Here's an example for those of you who are interested in it (you may feel free to message me if you want it).

To use them simply download the files and paste them inside your elements folder.

Man...I have so many happy memories as a child enjoying this game. The passing of time is such a strong feeling when it hits you. I wish i could go back in time where the game was populated and fun knowing that I could still enjoy that type of games.
It literally gives me tears whenever I see this game. I played this with my older brother when we were in high school.
He's not with us now. Super Typhoon Haiyan took him away. I miss playing mmo with him, he always chooses the tank/support roles while I do the dps. Man. 😢

Hey, there! I don't know if it's the right place to ask, are they going to keep the classic server going for a longer period of time? I saw on their website that only 500 players daily are playing and it seems kinda low for someone to invest in keeping it alive. I don't want to invest my time if I know they are going to close the servers again.

I'd say play for nostalgia purposes, take your time and have fun.
Last time server had lasted 3 or 4 years before they closed it down.
500 players is a lot for such an underrated game, especially in 2023.
As with everything in life, they probably will close the servers down; but this time it will most likely last longer than 3 or 4 years.
@@winter375 Hey, thanks for the quick response! And yes, i downloaded it, i couldnt contain myself and my excitement for experiencing the vanilla again. The newest expansions are fine and all, but everything just goes so fast, it's hard to take it all in and enjoy it.

On another note, I really hope the game stops at 'Vengeance' expansion, or the very least at 'Legacy' (Incense Mage/Forta).
'Judgement' and 'Sunstrider' expansions are extremely grindy, pay2win, have so many features that one might need a manual book to learn them all. It's insane and the game becomes like an actual job.
