19:55 wheel bearings actually have a strict preloading procedure. Typically, you are supposed to torque the nut to a specified torque, and then do something like back it off a specified number of turns after having spun the wheel a couple times to help things settle. I really, really recommend finding the specs for this car and doing it the long way. The bearing life will thank you.
some old vw have the same Knuckles on the rear end and from what i learned this is mostly how you adjust them. Needing a bit of play and spinning freely.
Tighten the bearing nut all the way without using any force, until its selfstop, pull it back 90 degrees and check whether there is any play in the bearing, if it is OK, install the screw securing pin.
I‘m going trough a pretty hard and stressful time rightnow and your videos are making my day better, just a few minutes escaping my day🙏🏽 thank you guys❤️
if this gonna be a daily series or an episode every 2 or 3 days i'm gonna be the happiest person on the planet. i wasn't smiling like this for a video since 2016
4 Nightride video in one day(I had to catch up on previous ones). Small modifications really make a huge change and it shows. Looks really really nice!
How to write it down... This video... Has that much vibe, that I had to drop a tear from one of my eyes because of the feeling and happines.. The feelings what I had when I dropped my Civic a year ago with friends, and then that feel, like you have another car... A more comfy but better in corners, everything.. really great 🥹🥹❤️ Greetings from Hungary for all of You ❤. Never stop doing that.. you add hope for us all to not stop living our life.

The intro was sooo good! The sound of the car, the music starting calmly, the close of the trunk syncing with the music, damn boys probs for that. Keep this series going! Love watching this after work. Greetings from the netherlands!
just got home and watched a video from some days ago and i saw you upploaded a new one😍 i really like your videos and they inspire me to work on my first car as a 13 year old. love you guys from sweden🥰
The BCracing setup just makes a car so much better, my daily is Prius. They even make the Prius drive better and look good. Coil overs and wheels can make the car.
You’ve probably noticed that the rear arch is closer to the tyre on the right side than the left and the lower you go the worse it becomes, you’ll need an adjustable panard rod to correct it, shouldn’t be too expensive but will be worth it 👍🏻
Its a good job Somebody has got an eye on you with those bearings Boys.. Tapered fit.. Doing a great job though keeping these old JDM cars Around.. Loving ALL that you are doing Keep up the good work 👌👌👍👍
19:25 you should actually use the torque wrench on this one, possibly even cheaper than two sets of these wheel bearings (which will most likely wear a lot faster now)
Yo boys you gotta remember if youre going to reuse wheel bearings repack them with grease and make sure to pack the cap with some grease too those bearings gonna be screaming after a few hundred miles 😭😭
Good night, from a country that everyone now calls the aggressor, although the people in it are kind and friendly. I very rarely write comments, but your channel, in a good way, made me do it, you guys are very cool, keep it up, take off picture your old car, it's very valuable, in times of new soulless cars. I wish your channel multiple development and prosperity. Huge greetings from Russia. P.S. Marek, you will need spare parts on the "LADA", contact me, I will send)) P.S. sorry for the poor English.
I would definitely recommend some new front hub bearings and races. And on reassembly following the proper procedure. Especially since these cars are known to have front bearing issues with wider wheels like that.
When doing your hub tighten by hand an spin you don't want it too tight will burn the bearing up real quick you just want enough tension on the bearing but spin freely I usually tighten down to set the bearing back off till it feels good when spinning it
12:08 i was justttt about to tell you about that hahaha 17:30 the rubber thing should go on the axle side, not the chassy, as far as i recall from memory and the black threaded perch thing should be bolted to the chassy (it should have a hole in the middle for that) looking good, good set of coilovers right there
We need a “buy a few kilos of hardcore/gravel to resurface the yard outside the garage! I would put money into that. Mining waste or power station clinker are pretty cheap, if the landlord is OK with it we could pay for the whole yard to be resurfaced and rolled flat .
Where is the S13? Haven't seen it in a very long time? Did I miss something? I'm loving this longer form content. I happily watch it after work everyday ❤
that axle bearing is the same style on old vw (mk1) play with it, find specs if possible and recheck it a couple of times, i had to play with them for couple of drives on my mk1 jetta until i found the sweetspot, they were either heating up or starting to have a bit of play after a short drive, but please find the patience for it, the bearing will be thankfull, quiet and last a lot longer.
Whatch out the preload of your bearing, there is a specific torque to respect with those tapered roller bearings Love your videos, every morning poop! A proper way to start the day for suuure! Keep going on La France vous aime✨❤️🩹
love the daily vids but mostly love how realistic they are. partway into an engine swap on my ek civic hatch and i was planning on a turbo kit next but it might be coils instead
please keep this series alive

Crazy how much of a difference a few cm can make (thats what she said), it looks so much better now!
Please add some grease on those bearings. They were greased up for a reason. Keeps em smooth and keeps sand and water out. Keep the bearing happy
Thank god you have Adam! I was crying when you used the impact 😭

E30 also uses strut welded to knuckle technique
The BCracing setup just makes a car so much better, my daily is Prius. They even make the Prius drive better and look good. Coil overs and wheels can make the car.
After a long time of saving i finally was able to order a BCracing kit. Need to wait 3 more weeks for arriving. Really can't wait!!!

Nothing better than a daily dose of nightride
Hello from Cape Town. Keep the content coming. Loving the daily uploads.
Good night, from a country that everyone now calls the aggressor, although the people in it are kind and friendly.
I very rarely write comments, but your channel, in a good way, made me do it, you guys are very cool, keep it up, take off picture your old car, it's very valuable, in times of new soulless cars.

P.S. sorry for the poor English.
you guys should definitely get a bolt extractor set. It's expensive, but it pays for itself the first time you have to use it!
Sam, you really need some coil bags or protectors. With all the mud and im guessing salt, it will protect the threads and make it easier to adjust!
kocham styl i montaż waszych filmow, chyba najlepszy pod wzgledem motoryzacyjnym kanał
Coming from Ireland I love seeing the 85 Galway plate on a Nightride car! 😁 What a great merging of worlds! 😁😎
I would definitely recommend some new front hub bearings and races. And on reassembly following the proper procedure. Especially since these cars are known to have front bearing issues with wider wheels like that.
Im loving these daily vlogs sooo much!!
So proud.
Adam is a blessing.
Ayeeeee Love to see it!!!! Hope you guys are doing amazing! Thank you for another banger, yet again
When doing your hub tighten by hand an spin you don't want it too tight will burn the bearing up real quick you just want enough tension on the bearing but spin freely I usually tighten down to set the bearing back off till it feels good when spinning it
With a lil bit of friction
I was always told Corolla suspension needs to be specially welded and stuff but this proves you just plug and play
12:08 i was justttt about to tell you about that hahaha
17:30 the rubber thing should go on the axle side, not the chassy, as far as i recall from memory
and the black threaded perch thing should be bolted to the chassy (it should have a hole in the middle for that)
looking good, good set of coilovers right there

The hub bearing is supposed to be "loose" or so look up CM autohaus for proper tightening procedure.
