We need a “buy a few kilos of hardcore/gravel to resurface the yard outside the garage! I would put money into that. Mining waste or power station clinker are pretty cheap, if the landlord is OK with it we could pay for the whole yard to be resurfaced and rolled flat .
love the daily vids but mostly love how realistic they are. partway into an engine swap on my ek civic hatch and i was planning on a turbo kit next but it might be coils instead
that axle bearing is the same style on old vw (mk1) play with it, find specs if possible and recheck it a couple of times, i had to play with them for couple of drives on my mk1 jetta until i found the sweetspot, they were either heating up or starting to have a bit of play after a short drive, but please find the patience for it, the bearing will be thankfull, quiet and last a lot longer.
what i dont like on the ae86 is the optical difference between the hight of the sideskirts and the front and rear bumper. the sideskirts are much lower... so if i would own a ae86 i would change these.

the side skirts being lowest place of the car on ae86 makes the car look fat i think one continuous height from front bumper to back bumper would look nicer more compact. you can see the effect im talking about on thumbnail.
In my opinion, it would be better if the rear suspension was a little higher than the front, I think almost every car would look good that way. But your AE still looks good for one of the old Japanese cars 😅 (By the way, Lada 2106 from 1976-2006 😢It makes me very sad to realize such a difference in the quality of a Japanese and Russian (USSR) car)
Yoooo did you put those red NRCA roll centre adjusters back in with the new BCs? Just wondering if that was the the cause of the guard gap up front after swapping the suspension. I had scrubbing issues with my Spirit5 NRCAs in my Levin and had to dial in extra camber up top for clearance of my 8j -13 Equips... I ended up replacing them with 45mm RCAs from Motorfix (biggest that fit inside 14" wheels) as I wanted to reduce the scrub radius and further improve the bump steer. I love your 86 bro!🤘

Please add some grease on those bearings. They were greased up for a reason. Keeps em smooth and keeps sand and water out. Keep the bearing happy
