I am a captain. This application have some disadvantages that some times we may get long rides around 6 km. After droping customers we won't get any ride from that place because that area have less users. In this situation we should reach another locations of demand areas. This is very lose for captain
Today my experience in rapido was very worst because I had planned to this Sunday fully spend on ride. But I got only one ride from 11 am to 3 pm. I think there is no benefetis of captain, only customers and platforms are getting good benefits.

In Chennai,If a beggar normally begs means he will get minimum of Rs.5 but rapido offers Rs.3/km 🙄and saying the driver as captain🤭. They might forgotten the petrol price(Rs.75/lit) n fixed the travelling charges i think.Not even we will earn to put petrol☹️.Dear rapido corporates,think n make the business in profitable way on both sides rather than going in rapid speed😏.
In reality i have not a single rapido captain carrying a extra helmet.
Why we should think about accident when we r on on vehicle. Just always be positive.

In Bangalore City, local Auto wala are jealous of Rapido and started torturing them . They are not leaving Rapido costumers. But Rapido management is sitting and watching as drama

I have taken 2 rides on rapido...Rapido doesn't inspect the bikes of their riders?...They are riding old passion plus of 2008....Very cheap bikes they r using...Safar pe nikalna Kya,rasta tamam jhatka khana...Passion ku toh disc brake b nahi...une bhayanak cut marke chalara.....heart wala toh rapido book ni karna.....better travel with ola cars

Number 1 worst behavior and service from most of the support agents, no greeting mannerisms, they disconnect the call as when they intend. No ETA for call response time, no quality audit, no soft skills, no empathy. Not sure if it is with the qualified management. Never ever prefer rapido as their service is worst.
