300 k cut in price in less then 2 months tell us a lot of things .. it's clear that this house has an huge inflated price.
why should someone pay 1.7 m for a house on a cliff with 0 restaurants, 0 bars, 0 markets, 0 hospitals in walking distance ?
btw: if you need view just put 3 big tv's in a 'window' frame and u can have ANY view from any place.

I see that walking distance to services is very important to you.
However, other people prefer the privacy and tranquillity of the area and don't mind being dependent on the car. Therefore each property is different and each client chooses according to their priorities.
