300 k cut in price in less then 2 months tell us a lot of things .. it's clear that this house has an huge inflated price. why should someone pay 1.7 m for a house on a cliff with 0 restaurants, 0 bars, 0 markets, 0 hospitals in walking distance ? btw: if you need view just put 3 big tv's in a 'window' frame and u can have ANY view from any place.

However, other people prefer the privacy and tranquillity of the area and don't mind being dependent on the car.
