100% agreed. I live in a college town and I always cringe seeing adults 50+ come back to town all dressed up in their college gear, going to the student bars and all that nonsense. I have never understood how full blown adults can still have such an allegiance to an institution like that, especially one they haven’t been a part of for years. And then to take it so far as to make that a theme in your WEDDING?? So bizarre. Like, do you and your partner have nothing better to connect and bond over? It’s like they’re stuck in the past.
