I like your food diary. Also that you made it part of your planner so you'll keep up with it is very clever. The mindfulness of tracking what we eat and how it sustains is important. I'm tracking what I eat, but also how it makes me feel. Headache, bloated, heartburn, etc. Food has such a profound effect on us. ☺

Hi Bridgett, If it is a task that can/ should be completed today, I write it on my "daily page" in the work section. If it is a task for a future specific day, I write it on that future day (on the week on 2 pages if it is this week or on the month on 2 pages if it is farther in the future).
