I feel sorry for the this guy - he just bought himself a cake (for some occasion or just like that). And the almighty princess of the day wanted to eat HIS cake that HE bought.
If I were him, after the first indignation from Celestia, like: "You cut me too small a piece", I would have answered: "Actually, this is my cake and I don't have to share at all - so be happy about that already"
Then you would die and your soul harvested painfully from your body. I am also sure that she would increase your capacity to feel pain, probably making you feel pain a million times of that a regular Human, and your body would be used to make Cake. Which would not make her into a Cannibal because you are a human and she is a pony...

Note to self: never ever make Celestia mad by stealing her cake. She loves cakes. Her mom probably used to make her and her sister cakes when they were kids. That’s why she loves them.
I'd be angry like Celestia, too, if that happened to me, but specifically, if someone, for example, made a dish of pasta and took it away after asking for some. In other words, I have an undying love for pasta, rice, noodles, and any carbohydrates related meals.
This makes me wish we could have seen Celestia genuinely mad at least once or twice during the show. Most we ever got was stern looks. Unfortunate that the showrunners were so concerned with making her never seem like the evil queen archetype that most of the show she just came off as aloof and incompetent.
Rule of thumb: Don't mess with Celestia.

Phenomenal job on the vfx, writing, and voice acting. It was nerve wracking watching him trying to flip through his keys in a rush.
