  • In our basement lab, every High Voltage test FAIL with flames and sparks is actually a victory, because a passed test is boring to watch. haha hahaha hahahaha hahahahaha
(00:01): Q: Why do some AC wall Adapters have holes on them? A: To allow the escape of magic smoke if it fails in an entertaining fashion. hahaha
(01:51): Vintage camera flash power cube: we never knew theres much smoke in vintage items too. hahaha
(04:37): Cheap Knockoff USB Adapter: Fails "Line-to-business-end" test, with bonus cap-pop. hahaha
(05:13): Korean Electric Blanket Control box: Yes they are notorious for emitting smells when the blanket fails due to age, but not that amount of smoke and flames! UL un-approved. hahaha
(05:43): Aquarium Air Pump: All your dead fishies now belong to us. mwahahahaha.
(06:25): Electric Mug Warmer: Unplug yours during a thunderstorm. haha
(07:56): We even tested it's power switch to the limit., As you can see nothing escapes our tests. mwahahaha
(09:34): Transformer off an electric calculator: Our first Anticlimactic result, this just shorted out with no flames, Which moves us to...
(09:46): ...The casing-to winding test, this time with flaming results. finally. hahaha
(10:43): Our "special snowflake" adapter, too sensitive to even sing to our favorite nursery rhyme! hahahaha
(11:14): Bonus: what do you do when an old push-button switch is too worn out to do it's job? hahahaha
