IDAT really did Brandon & crew dirty, and they were so welcoming to him! Those cardboard cutouts of kids? They were his idea, perfect pair for the Uvaldi opening, yet in his video he made it seem like it was Brandon's. That was 100% malicious intent.
As an Australian and firearm enjoyer I'm ashamed of how IDAT acted, not only being deceptive but enjoying the freedom of firearms then making an anti-gun message. Everyone has the right to their opinions but it's clear that they went there with a set opinion and no matter what they did nothing would've changed their minds. They didn't go there looking to collaborate they went there to make propaganda, a means to a political end while taking advantage of the hospitality of Brandon. Truly shameful
Yeah man the backhanded tactics of idat made me stop watching them. I’m completely fine with them being anti-gun more power to them. But to be welcomed with open arms to a man’s home allowed to use his equipment and his facilities then go and shoot a hit piece paint him as a freak. Implying that it was his idea to use child targets for the video right after Uvaldi!! Like wtf man
In the wake of this it came out that IDAT has done this crap before, stealing ideas and labor from other creators and misrepresenting presentation to his benefit and the detriment of others. Of course he's huge and popular so only him selling out Brandon and the gang and not even crediting them till he was called out got any backlash whatsoever, so he gets to just keep going. Any time you watch him 'do a thing' though it just takes a little searching to find other people who did the same thing first but only got a fraction of the views.
