Yuchol, welcome back! Missed your videos. Great to see your daughter doing the robotics. I volunteered.with the Chehalis robotics team for several years, while my grandson was in High School. We had a really nice school machine shop with all the bells and whistles available, so we did most of the work in-house. I also volunteered in the shop. Really satisfying helping the students. I haven't gotten back to it since the virus hit, but they do all phases of manufacturing on a small scale including casting aluminum and bronze. They have a small anodizing line and zinc and nickle plating capabilities. Great video, thanks for sharing!

It wasn't a bad way for teaching some very useful skills. but it wasn't too good at getting the job at hand done,,,,,but for making a friggin gear puller that could be made with a hack saw, drill press and welding machine ?????
Looks like something you would see in a Porsche factory,,,but then I don't think even the Germans could have made a simple 10 minute job last over a day. (And BTW, Tp make a surface flat with emery and the surface plate you do not use inline motion. That tends to make a convex surface. You use a figure-8 pattern to make it flat,,,,,,,But then I'm Kind of surprised you didn't scrape it in. )
