Glad to see you back making videos and passing on your skills and knowledge. One of a fathers greatest gifts to their children. Loved the ending too 😂. Looks like it would be a interesting class to participate in.
I appreciate that!
Just Great Yuchol My daughter and I call it Making Memories. She is now 40 years old.
I will take any time she is willing to spend with me 😀
He says, "some didn't come out. That's OK" and then immediately starts correcting it. That's what we call a perfectionist, and it's something to be proud of.
Guilty as charged!
I remember doing projects in the shop with my daughter. I really cherish those memories. Also, Allison's pants are the best.
in my defense, long day at school, didn’t know we where filming that night. would have changed into nice pants
This is a perfect example of how British and US English can cause serious misunderstanding. In the UK, "pants" almost exclusively refers to underwear. So you are essentially saying you are enamoured by his daughters knickers. You dirty old man you.
@@carlwilson1772 I assume that, like you, most brits are smart enough to understand that word usage varies. You can let me know if I'm wrong about that.
@@Clough42 Indeed they are Sir. I just find the differences and subtle nuances endlessly amusing. As Winston Churchill said, two cultures separated by a common language. He should have known, his mother was American!
Lovely to see you working with your daughter. Good luck on her competition! Nice to be able to help your children's class and be a hero.
Thanks Bruce!
OHMYGERD, The Grinder project didn't kill him!
It sure tried, but I held on 😂
Oh, I remember that well. I've had three weeks to prepare for this class activity and now I need your help.....it's due tomorrow! Nice outcome though!
She had me sweating, barely made it 😆
Yuchol, welcome back! Missed your videos. Great to see your daughter doing the robotics. I volunteered.with the Chehalis robotics team for several years, while my grandson was in High School. We had a really nice school machine shop with all the bells and whistles available, so we did most of the work in-house. I also volunteered in the shop. Really satisfying helping the students. I haven't gotten back to it since the virus hit, but they do all phases of manufacturing on a small scale including casting aluminum and bronze. They have a small anodizing line and zinc and nickle plating capabilities. Great video, thanks for sharing!
Wow, that sounds awesome!
Fantastic video Yuchol. Great to see your daughter get involved and learning something new.
Awesome to see her successfully use the tool she helped build!
Cheers from Canada
She was excited it worked 😁
I'm kinda jealous of her for having such a kind and patient dad.
Thank you so much 🙏🏻
That's what it is like being a father, fixing what ever there is. Well done.
Thank you!
Oh my goodness, my friend Yuchol is making a video! YAY!!! :) Glad to see you back out in the workshop and helping to support some F.I.R.S.T. robotics! A worthwhile investment in the next generation! So awesome! Hi Alison, hope your team is having a whale of a good time this season!
Thanks Kenneth!
Welcome back!!!! Really missed your super videos! Where the heck have you been hiding Chinggu????? Hope you and your family are safe and healthy! You, Abom79, and mrPete are the only interesting and fun shop videos I watch. Really fun video with you and your daughter. She has a a really great sense of humor, just like you. Or did she get hers from your boss?
You're a GOOD DAD!
Thanks Paul
Great vid. Nice to see you working with your daughter and teaching her. "Take price in your work!" Great work Dad.
Thanks Paul
Awesome video! Found you through James Clough’s channel and realized we live in the same place…so great to see local people creating awesome stuff on youtube
Awesome!
Thanks, world is a small place 😀
Just found your channel some very interesting videos. I will be going through to watch some more. Good to see your daughter getting involved in the project that she wanted, will make her appreciate what some of the processes are when something is made. Looks like she enjoyed herself.
Hello Yuchol,
A nice father and daughter project... excellent viewing, thank you.
Take care.
Paul,,
Thanks Paul, it was a special time for me.
How good the feeling when you can make something for your kids with the kids.
You’re absolutely right. Happy new year my friend 🙏🏼
What an inspirational Video.
Well done ‘Team-Father+Daughter’
👏👏👏👏
Regards
Robert
Great to see you back! Fantastic to see you work with your daughter.. That came out great, thanks for sharing
Thanks 👍
Hey Yuchol - Great video and welcome back. You were being missed. To your daughter; keep up the great work. Hands-on is a great way to learn.
Thanks! Will do!
I have been waiting so long for you to post another video. Hope you and your family are OK.

Good to see you back! Great video as usual 👍🏻
Hey, thanks!
Really nice gear puller. I am almost certain that violated some child labor law. Thanks for the video keep on keeping on.
Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone. Happy new year Harold.
Happy to see you back! I was just exchanging some comments with your friend James Clough in his new machine video where he took delivery of his surface grinder. He said that he would need a little more practice with the machine, and I suggested that he get together with you again for some tips on surface grinding.
Thanks David. My daughter and I visited James in December and he is excited to use the grinder.
Great to see you passing on skills to your daughter Yuchol, especially 'Take pride in your work' because this is universal, not just applicable to the workshop! Happy 2023. Cheers, Jon
Thanks, happy new year to you as well!
I was confused. I thought I heard you say your father was into robotics. I thought that was way cool. Then I eventually figured it was your daughter... That's cool also. Thanks Yuchol!!!!!
Dad passed away few years back 😁. That’s Danny!
Great stuff. Good luck with the robotics Alison!
Long time no see Yuchol...great video and Happy 2023 to you and family.😀
Happy new year Al 👍🏻
Great to see you back in action Yuchol. This was a special edition episode - creating the next generation machinist. Wonderful video.
Thanks Robert! She enjoys our shop time and she wants to learn to weld next. I am not the best welder, but will show her what I know.
Glad to see you back and nice job there and the ending had me dyeing
Allison set it up perfectly for me 😁
Finally
We’ve all been missing you!
Missed you too my friend!
Great video!
Wholeheartedly agree about YG-1 taps! I think their Gold P drills are fantastic as well.
Nice, I will have to check them out.
Good to see you back Yuchol.
Second that.
3rd
Thanks Mark!
Great to see you making another video 👍🏼
Nice execution of the part. Great it worked out. Maybe Allison can help you out with future projects, too. A machine shop is so handy for this hobby.
Glad see you back, hope all is well and hope you start back making videos again!
Happy to spend some time in the shop 😁
Good project, thx for the vid.
Thanks for watching!
Good to see you back
Thanks Adam.
Always enjoy your videos Yuchol and it was a delight to see your daughter get to learn a little "craftsmanship" while helping you help her!
She showed great patience with all the steps.
Thanks for the content.
Thank you very much!
I have missed your excellent videos !!
Thanks for your kind words Mike.
'very nice team!" you guys work smart!
Awesome job at getting your kid involved! I will alway 👍🏻 parents doing the right things.
Yes! Thank you!
Enjoyed…thanks for sharing
Thanks Chuck!
Loved the end.
She is hilarious
Very Cool, looks like she has your sense of humour.
You have no idea 🤣
Anyone who has that same spindexer REALLY needs to watch his video and do the conversion. I did, it makes a huge difference in the way it operates.
I agree, thanks! 🙏🏼
Great to see you back and passing your skills onto the next generation.
Thanks Tony
Nice job with the teaching. 😊😊😊
Thank you! 😃
What a great project. Nice to get to do a project and share time with your daughter.
I sure enjoyed it 😀
G'day Yuchol. Great to see you back on here 😀 👍🏻 🙌. And with your daughter doing her thing as well. As always you were very meticulous with your Conjoined Project Well done. Looking forward to your New Projects for 2023.
Thanks 👍
Gday Yuchol, it’s fantastic when you can do projects with the kids, making memories and passing on skills that will stick for a lifetime, brilliant job and great to see you back, cheers
Thank you sir!
Nice one. 👍
Thanks Tom.
Great to see you back in the shop Yuchol, especially so since you are teaching your daughter the same skills and quality that you practice. I hope you will be creating additional videos in the future, possibly to include more on the #2 Cincinnati.
Oh you know more is coming.
teaching is good...
btw, if you use water and wet Emery paper, it clears out the metal 'swarf' and leaves a really nice brushed finish...
Great tip!
Well done dad
Thanks George
Great vid, I learned a few things myself. Also, that ending had me dying of laughter!
Thanks! 🙏🏼
Long Time, No See!
Thanks Pete 👍🏻
i like the spiral flute taps, a lot, the yg1 guys are not 'bargain priced' but look like they have 'the right stuff'!
Cool video, I'm teaching my twelve-year-old daughter to weld.....
That is awesome!
More please.
Happy new year! I don't know how many times your daughter will need this particular tool, but the skills will last her entire life!
I hope so 😁
Hey- I remember you. 🤣 Good parenting 👍
😀. Been awhile…
Yuchol! I’ve had good luck with that Brownells cold blue stuff where are getting the big bottle.
32 oz bottle from Brownells directly. I see it on their website right now for $49.99.

Awesome! It's so cool that you're doing stuff with your children. I wish mine were remotely interested in that kind of stuff. And you're looking good! Keep up the good work. How's the cutter/grinder coming?
Thanks! I got back on the grinder and there should be a video in a week or so. Thanks!
Thanks for a other great video bestie. Dwayne newzealand.
Thank you!
Holy cow, is that you Yuchol? I thought maybe the Witness Protection moved you again.
They tried, I won. 😀
I do a lot of work for the junior college robotics club, we are building a 120 pound fighter now
That's hefty!
@@woodscreekworkshop9939 is your daughters team coming down to northern ca for Robo games? our school is having a 15 pound competition march 25 in Rocklin ca
Hey who's a loser Alison???? Where you been Youchel????? Wish they had Robotics back when I was a kid.. Transistors were a relatively new thing. Chips didn't exist until later in my 20s.
😃. Kids these days have so much technologies to play with.
As a robotics student with a Dad shop like that she will need to meet a higher standard than the rest.
P.S. Warning: After the end mill dulling guy visits, you can expect his cousin (the slitting saw duller) to show up.
The mail lady brought me a new box of sharp end mills today, will have to hide them from the dulling guy.
Yuchol, what do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking? You seem to have a wealth of knowledge.
Thank you. My experience is in medical device quality and regulatory field. All machining is self-taught and from others on RUclips.
Um... Like where is the make-up tutorial we were promised?! 😂 👍👍
MAYBE in the future...
she should hang out with you more!
I agree!
Next week? Can be ordered from the Internet 🙂.....
You can't wait if you're a teenager😆
It wasn't a bad way for teaching some very useful skills. but it wasn't too good at getting the job at hand done,,,,,but for making a friggin gear puller that could be made with a hack saw, drill press and welding machine ?????
Looks like something you would see in a Porsche factory,,,but then I don't think even the Germans could have made a simple 10 minute job last over a day. (And BTW, Tp make a surface flat with emery and the surface plate you do not use inline motion. That tends to make a convex surface. You use a figure-8 pattern to make it flat,,,,,,,But then I'm Kind of surprised you didn't scrape it in. )
I would have preferred an angry beaver, but all I had were machineries.
Also what's thumb's up signing, it's so unkorean. ✌️ next time
warning surface plate abuse warning warning
Haha loved the ending, later losers 👋
Who else votes that we dump Yuchol and let his daughter take over the channel?
Allison is great. I'd watch both.
You’re too kind, I know you’d watch Allison over me any day 😅
She thought you were funny
Please end each of your videos now with "Catch ya later Loser!" LOL.
Funny, thanks!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
