Float Ledgering in my favourite pond after a flood

- I wanted to fish my local pond, but constant rain for 3 weeks turned it into a flooded mess. Luckily, once the river had gone back within its banks, the pond returned to normal levels very quickly. it was still coloured and I didn't really know what to expect, but watch the video to see how I got on.

Loved it.Well done both of you.🦘🦘🦘
Thanks for all the tutorials Den, but we’re still waiting for part 2 of the worm farm video. Thanks again mate, great watching.
Thanks Tony. I'm afraid I gave up on the worm farm because all it seemed to catch me was Eels.
I love ledgering , well done Den 👍👍🐟🖐
A very enjoyable watch. Cheers for that Den.
Great vid once more. That was properly flooded did well considering.
Haha , love it when you are telling your buddy he has a bite on his "lighthouse " . He does well really , the pole he has looks a tad on the heavy /floppy side . The pole would definitely offer better presentation in the conditions .Good watch tho Den and pleasing to see the fish didn't get washed away .
Thanks mate. I think Mozza uses his best pole for competitions. The pole he uses when we are pleasure fishing is probably the one he calls his "Makey Uppy Pole". He has a number of different sections from other poles which he uses to make that one up.😁👍 Unfortunately, that was our last pleasure session together. He moved out of the area a few days ago and his new location is 5 hours away. We will meet up for the various 2 or 3 day festivals though.
@@FishingwithDen Ah that explains the action , shame you are losing a fishing mate .
I think we need to give mozza some lessons in playing those carp on the pole 😉
@@richardtuxford1812 I'm always amazed at how his 'Makey Uppey' Poles stay together mate, but he does land some very big fish with few losses.
Hola Den! Es una caña de Feeder, o una caña de waggler potente?
Hi Giuseppe. It's a Waggler rod. It doesn't have to be too powerful as long as you don't use very large feeders.
@@FishingwithDen Perfect! Thanks for your answer. I'll put into practice. Since the lead is sliding, I imagine that the fish will feel the weight less. I have always thought that a properly set depth waggler is more sensitive than the amount of line thrown in the water between the feeder and the rod pointer.
Hi den do you have any FB page or Id , i need some advise from you .
Hi Mate. Please ask your question here. That way, everyone else can get the benefit of any advice I can help you with.
Thanks, I'm from Bangladesh, actually I'm looking for a powerful float rod in £100 range . Like not too much soft tip ... Please help to right chose... Drennan Vertex, Preston monster X , daiwa ? .. in our country most we fishing is carp , size 3lb to 10/12lb
