Maybe thinning towards the tips makes it more quiet, less stable? A combo of reducing surface drag, making it have an air foil girth in the center (im realizing this is much harder for me to describe) and a structural design change towards the connection point (to allow some bending) of the rotor could reduce the sound. Owl fathers have a feature that make them quieter while gliding. That's what I'm thinking of. Wish I could print you what I'm trying to explain lol.
Hey Eli. Interesting point this. Esp the irregular edge like Owls. The designs for the next versions by Striking FPV do print with an irregular edge due the layers. Unfortunately, this is on the leading edge. These are about 1.5mm as the layers are this height. I will be testing the V3 Tri and V2 Bi-lode today hopefully. They also thin as they get further from the hub.
