they were too busy making all of Snufkin's clothing IAP to remember they could have just made a special cape to get that money instead
The exclusive cape is probably ninny's cape. The one that looks like Ninny's Dress with the winged light that looks like bells? That's the cape guys they had it earlier and they just need to add the teleport feature and it should be all good
they literally already addressed this in the patch notes yesterday.
"Stay tuned for a soon-to-be-announced cape coming in the 0.27.5 update too-it will offer a memorable way to carry a piece of Moominvalley with you throughout Sky."

Honeslty im kinda fine with if they dont add a special cape, i was really sad when i couldnt afort the aurora cape and im not really looking forward to doing that again just because my finaces doesent alow me to spend extreme amounts of money on a virtual cape
Ah sorry for the negativity, i just happen to really love aurora and the moomins specificaly so i was kinda sad by my own limitations but im still looking forward to the season

Don't forget the 5th anniversary cape
They might add it later in the season
funny thing is that they have a special cape for sky's 5th anniversary and that it's only available for purchase for that year only. It TPs you to a different special area of Aviary. I feel like Ninny's cape was removed for a bit because maybe they might keep the special teleport place a surprise or is still working for it with Ninny. Hopefully the cape place TPs to is worth the purchase however i'll still be getting it just because I like the cape.

all limited IAP capes have a teleport feature. LP brings you to a special world. Aurora brings you to a concert, NCD brings you to the crescent oasis island and lets you interact with the deer. Ninny's cape will probably be the special cape, and bring you to somewhere Moomin or Ninny related
