Always been a big fan of raw diced onions on a hot dog. Probably my favorite all-time topping.

The key ingredient to one delicious hot dog is care. Most dogs we buy in NY are just put together very sloppy and not enough love/respect goes into them. That item from a taco joint in Spain put many dogs you get in NY to shame.
I prefer raw onions on my dogs. Wow !!! The oldest restaurant in the world .... awesome !!

This was taken in Spain? Watching from Japan, sometimes watch your hotdog videos. Cause I used to live in Greenpoint back in the 80's, but only half a year. Am a Japanese. Been to Spain only one day, haha.
