Not fake, that just wasn't alcohol. Since his speech was still so coherent. He probably just didn't want them searching him for stuff he shouldn't have, you know what I mean@@flowerpower8722
The guy in black who literally flopped on the beach like a fish was impressively coherent, polite and apologetic when speaking to the police considering how smashed he was. Cool as s$!t, got the message and made the right decision.
HI Bondi Rescue! I have been watching you guys for 5 years now and you make my day every time I watch, My name is Keira, I'm 11 and I want to be a lifeguard when I grow up! 💜~EDIT~ Keep up the amazing work saving lives each and everyday! ps I live in Melbourne Australia
@@TeddyBear-ii4yc Yes I can swim, I have done swimming lessons my whole life and are now in sqad, not a lesson more training for comps, But I will need to get a whole lot better!
I love this. It's just, in America, no matter the race (sadly had to add that) this is a one way ticket to jail AT BEST... prepare to be tazed with an added charge of resisting arrest.
I have absolutely NO PATIENCE for drunks; especially when they're taking lifeguards away from doing their main job of focusing on people swimming in the water.
Bondi Beach will never be the same without lifeguard Terry. Tezz rescued people for over 30 years and gave us years of enjoyment watching him and his boys on this incredible show A huge loss to his family, his bondi boys and to all Aussies RIP Tezz Thankyou for the many lives you saved
While I'm not sure how much was editing, I'm really glad you took the last missing lady very seriously. I know the alcohol was a factor but it sounds like that lady was dealing with some major depression. So many people might have dismissed her or underplayed the seriousness, especially here in the US. As someone who has lost family members to suicide, I really appreciate how serious you all took the situation and how much compassion you treated that woman with.
The fella in the black t was so nice. Honestly seems like a good bloke. Very kind of him for being so understanding while being intoxicated! Honestly, the fact that he was able to snap into coherence and think "yeah, I'll head out for a tad" was impressive. Real cool video!
the last story is sad but its amazing that the strangers told someone about their concern and that they cared enough to search. its heart-warming to know people care that much and helped her before anything happened
Great video Guys. Thanks it was awesome seeing old clips of Terry. We know death is immanent for all of us but still when one leaves us it kinda take a while to get over it. RIP TERRY may you and your Son never be apart again… 🙏🏻
I love the lifeguards waking up all the drunks at 7am Also, the druk guy rolling around on the sand on Christmas apologized so much to the cops, I would have thought he was a fellow Canadian if it wasn't for the accent. Lol!
Thx Bondi you guys are the best whenever I have a bad day I watch you guys and it makes me feel so much better thx for saving lives keep up the amazing work u guys do ❤
Gotta be nice to have Christmas in the Summer and at the beach. I've been living in the wrong place 6 feet of snow for 4 months and sometimes below zero for a few months. I gotta rethink my life!
You need to watch Jarleth Regan, the Irish comedian’s sketch about explaining Irish Wedding Drinking to an American doctor, which includes not only wedding drinking, but also the difference between drinking and Drink-Drinking.
A bit concerning that the rescuers did not take someone in trouble seriously. The guy with the cramps had genuine concern, but they were still wasting time to go help him instead of rather afterwards determine whether his call for help was legit or not. I know an incident whereby a colleague was phoned two nights in a row for consultation by a patient who was inebriated and claimed that she could not breath etc When he consulted her, he could not find anything wrong except inebriation. After the second night, he ignored her calls. She was found dead the next day. If you have responsibility, honour that.
I’m so jealous they get to enjoy this massive new years like this. Here in America I immediately fear a possible mass shooting 😢. Too scared of big crowds like that with my kid
If a lifeguard has to save you, you should have your picture and name taken, and if they catch you in the water again you should get fined extremely hard.

The peace and tranquillity of a park bench in the Netherlands will suit me fine. To avoid the madness shown in these videos, I don't care if it rains.
The lifeguards want to make sure everyone's safe. What do you think the toughest part of a lifeguards job would be?
Getting up early
Searching for someone in need
helping somone who has been in a bad situation for a couple hours
Getting over losing a victim
Dealing with people who don't listen and/or are ungrateful?
couldnt stop smiling at the dude in black. really apoligetic for taking up their time. really nice to see haha
what was he doing with his tongue? 😅
I don't know, struck me as a bit oily and fake.

Honestly. These lifeguards do their job 10/10. Once they see something that is prohibited on the beach. They take care of it straight away.

The most Irish thing ever is to go to an Australian beach after drinking for 2 days.

We hear the Irish lads enjoy a beer or two.
