I went with the R1 SE version. All I can say is for 16 dollars the mouse is amazing.

What is the best setting to use? I tried everything for a month and came to the conclusion that it works better when everything is switched off =)
1000Hz, LOD 2mm, Movement Synchronization on, Performance mode on and everything else off feels perfect for me. And I uninstalled the software since the mouse has on board memory.
did you change the skates? if so does it have to be an especific one for it to work? which skates are you using?
I did, I'm using Xraypad Jade dot skates but I'm sure you can use other aftermarket skates. I prefer dot skates because they are lighter and feel better for me
Im thinking om buying the jade or obsidian but i dont know which one is better for me do you have a guide i could use? Xraypad launched skates for vxe r1 so should i still get the universal one?@@n1ghtmoods

How is the latency and is it noticeable?
I don't know the exact numbers but considering their previous mice (VGN F1 Pro/Pro Max) had a wireless click latency of 1.8ms I doubt the click latency is above 10ms. In terms of in game performance it feels flawless and I didn't notice anything that felt sub par. It's good.
Is it a better shape than the viper mini ?
If your hands are 19×10cm or larger, then yeah, it's a more viable shape than the viper mini. But at the end of the day, it's all personal preference. You need to try it yourself.
Pro or Pro Max ? The switches are not the same and bigger battery, I wonder which one to get...
The Huano Pink Shells are way better than the pro max switchrs idk why
go for the pro, lower weight, better(although objective) switches, cheaper

Nope, no issues at least for me.

The stock battery lasted pretty long. I don't recall the exact amount of days or hours but it easily lasted me a week

The VXE R1 pro and the pro max does not support Bluetooth. Only the R1 and the R1SE does.

yes and yes

@mohamedallouche5873 it is somewhat resistant to humidity, dust, and other physical variables, but it does slow down slightly over time, just a nature of cloth mousepad unfortunately.

personal preference, but I took it off(for more consistent feel) because the stock ones are different from the ones I installed
