Oh, I noticed you shaking your hands between flutes as if they were hurting. Solution to hand pain: make sure your thumb is pointing the direction of the flute rather than across it. Has to do with the way the hand muscles work, but pointing your thumb (especially the right hand) straight along the flute will relieve the hand stress and pain considerably and extend your playing-time-ability. Hope this helps! : )
